Your chatbots will pause until your credits reset at the start of your next billing cycle. To avoid interruptions, you can purchase credit bundles anytime from your dashboard — they stack on top of your monthly allowance and stay valid for a full year.

Yes — every plan, including Free, gives you unlimited chatbots, skills, and knowledge bases. There are no artificial resource caps. You only pay for the AI credits your chatbots consume during conversations and knowledge base operations.
From the Growth plan and above, you can connect your own AI model from OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, DeepSeek, Qwen, Mistral, Moonshot, OpenRouter, Groq, or Requesty — and run your chatbot on it. Chat credits are zero while BYOM is active because you're paying your provider directly; retrieval, orchestration, and other operations still consume Gydr credits.
Yes — and the two are separate features. From Starter and above, Widget Theme lets you brand the chatbot itself with your own logo, colors, and brand name (the 'Powered by Gydr' badge is hidden on every paid plan and on accounts managed by a partner). From Growth and above, White Label additionally rebrands your team's Console dashboard with your company's logo and primary color — every team member sees your identity instead of Gydr's.
Absolutely. Change your plan at any time from your dashboard. Upgrades take effect immediately — you're charged the prorated difference for the remainder of the billing period and receive prorated credits right away. Downgrades also take effect immediately — you receive a prorated credit on your next invoice, and your current credit allocation is retained until the next billing cycle.
Monthly plan credits reset each billing cycle and do not roll over. However, purchased credit bundles are valid for 1 year from the date of purchase, giving you long-term flexibility.
