Cookie Policy

Last updated: 28 May 2026

Version 1.0

1. Introduction

This Cookie Policy explains what cookies and similar tracking technologies Code Tigris PLT uses on gydr.ai, console.gydr.ai, and chatbot widgets deployed through the Services. It supplements our Privacy Policy.

2. What are cookies?

Cookies are small text files placed on your device by a website you visit. They are widely used to make websites work, to improve efficiency, and to provide reporting information. We also use browser-based storage technologies similar to cookies, including the Web Storage API (localStorage and sessionStorage) for short-lived session state, and small inline web beacons in transactional pages. Where this Policy refers to "cookies", the reference includes these similar technologies unless the context indicates otherwise.

Cookies are either "session" cookies (deleted when you close your browser) or "persistent" cookies (kept until they expire or you delete them), and either "first-party" (set by us) or "third-party" (set by a sub-processor — see our Sub-processor List).

3. Categories of cookies we use

Analytics row, current state: no analytics SDK is installed on gydr.ai today. Should we enable one in future, we will disclose it on this page and re-prompt EEA/UK visitors for consent before loading any analytics tag.

4. Visitor identifiers stored on end-user devices (widget context)

Our embeddable chatbot widget stores a visitor identifier (localStorage) on the end user's browser for session continuity and returning-visitor recognition. The identifier does not contain personal data and is scoped to the chatbot widget's domain. Customers (chatbot operators) are responsible for disclosing this storage to their end users in their own privacy notice.

5. How to control cookies

For EEA/UK visitors, our cookie consent banner — shown on first visit and accessible at any time via the "Cookie Preferences" link in the footer — lets you accept all cookies, reject non-essential cookies, or selectively enable categories. You can change your selection at any time by clicking "Cookie Preferences" in the footer. You can also manage cookies through your browser settings, though disabling strictly necessary cookies will break login and similar features.
